Nose
Lemon and orange, soft creamy custard, cantaloupe and vanilla ice cream, clean oak, slightly biscuity, florals and perfume, a hint of tropical fruit, fresh wax, honey, and a tangy, alive quality. Subtle hints of pear, cinnamon, cardamom, and lemon zest. A very light touch of peat may be present.
Palate
Tangy fruits, creamy arrival, dessert-like, lush and broad in flavour. Notes of cinnamon, vanilla, grilled pineapple, lightly toasted oak, orange zest, sweet lemon meringue, and ruby red grapefruit. Chilli spice with sweet summer berries, melon, kiwi fruit, and a creamy milk chocolate edge.
Finish
Apricot, star fruit, light sherry influence, drying, and balsa wood.
