Description

Built in 1897, Glentauchers is a classic Speyside distillery known for its gentle floral and fruity character. This 13-year-old single malt, part of the Murray McDavid Benchmark series, initially matured in classic cask storage before receiving a finish in former Murça Old Brandy casks from Portuguese partners, Caves da Murça. This is the first time Glentauchers has been released as a single malt in the Benchmark series and the first time Murray McDavid has used these specific brandy casks for a Glentauchers bottling. It is a limited edition of 1205 bottles.
