Peat smoke entwined with thick citrus fruits, warm bitumen, freshly baked brownie, sweet coffee cake, burnt sugar, and a whiff of rich BBQ smoke. Clean oak, vanilla, and light spices are also present.
Palate
Sweet and spicy, with dense vanilla, maturing fruits, ginger, and a subtle peat that develops depth. Smoky, oily cereal, sweet citrus (lemons and grapefruit), chocolate brownie, gentle salt, and ginger spice.
Finish
Lingering soft peat, warming and long with creamy sweet coffee, a touch of smoke, and smoky oak with a sweet edge. Mouth coating, soft, and smokey.
