Christmas cake, sweet honey, brandy snaps, orange skin, orange oil, creamy milk chocolate, strawberry syrup, apple blossoms, jasmine, a touch of Cognac, sweet raisin, hazelnut, and salted caramel.

Soft oak, vanilla, winter spices including nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon, strawberry and mango syrups, lychee, salted caramel, hazelnut, banana, peaches, orange oil, angostura bitters, and herby notes like basil or oregano.

Gently drying and oaky with classic Christmas/winter notes of ginger, raisin, nutmeg, honey, and soft wood spices with fruit.
