Description

This is the first single malt in the four-part Highland Legacy Series from community-owned GlenWyvis distillery. The inaugural release honours the traditional Highland occupation of cattle droving with a single malt matured in a combination of Sauternes, Madeira, and Bourbon casks. It is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, bottled at 46.5% ABV, with 3,000 bottles produced for this limited edition.
