A blended grain Scotch whisky, distilled in 1964 and bottled in 2016 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. under The Cooper's Choice label. It was blended at birth and matured for 51 years in a fresh bourbon cask. This is a single cask release, with 250 bottles produced.

Nose
very soft and vanilla-ed, with a little fresh varnish and nice whiffs of high-end green tea. Also white chocolate, praline, Nutella, and custard.
Palate
really neat, sweet, and fruity. A cassata ice cream, sweet croissants, jelly babies, and a lot of custard. Plus a little coconut from the oak.
Finish
medium, fruity, light, with an oak that remains well-mannered.
