A limited release Australian Rye Malt Whiskey from The Gospel, made from 100% malted rye sourced from their farm in Victoria, Australia. It was aged in a second-fill Chardonnay Tawny cask, which imparts a surprisingly gentle sweetness, rounding the edges and adding depth to the palate.
