Grace O'Malley Rum Cask Whiskey Limited Edition is a blended Irish whiskey combining multiple batches of malt and grain whiskeys, with varying age statements up to ten years. It is finished in Caribbean rum casks, specifically Jamaican and Barbados rums, after initial aging in bourbon barrels. The whiskey is double-distilled (40%) and triple-distilled (6%) malt, and is non-chill filtered. It is produced for Inis Tine Uisce Teoranta in Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland, and blended by Master Blender Paul Caris. The brand is dedicated to the 16th-century Irish pirate queen Grace O'Malley.
