Description

A 50cl bottle of W.D. O'Connell Bill Phil Peated series Irish Single Malt Whiskey. This is bottle number 209 from cask number 19099. This single malt Irish whiskey was exclusively matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. It is a distinctly peated, with aromas of fresh cut hay, citrus fruits, fruits & pineapple, vanilla, and a rich & creamy texture. The smoke, oak and spice intermingle with tropical fruits, nuts & honey. The finish has notes of banana with sweet smoke and orchard fruits. This is the first release of peated Irish whiskey from the Bill Phil range, showcasing the continued progression of peated single malt whiskey.
