Nose
Smooth and light with hints of fresh grass and lemon. Sweet malt, vanilla, toffee, and subtle oak. Honeyed cereal and fruit with a nice whiff of smoke.
Palate
Very mild and smooth with a faint hint of spice or pepper. Honey, butterscotch, orchard fruit, and gentle spice. Sweet, a little fruity, and just enough smoke.
Finish
Spice fading to faint smokiness. Soft, medium, with lingering caramel sweetness. Short, bitter-sweet, edgy and sharp with cereals, caramel, toffee, straw, nut shells, lemon, refill oak, grain alcohol, pepper and distant cold smoke.
