Nose
Buttery and rich brown-sugar-sprinkled pastry, wrapped around a core of barley sugar sweetness and tropical fruit – candied papaya and sweet mango. Spicy notes of polished oak and varnish sit at the back, along with orange cream and a gentle milk chocolate.
Palate
Intense spice rolls across the palate – hot cinnamon, sharp clove and freshly sawn dark oak – followed by sweet liquorice, waxy wood polish and decadently dark chocolate with bitter cocoa and sweet fruit.
Finish
Tingling spice lingers, slowly fading to reveal baked apples, candied lemon and blackcurrant.
