Intriguing with sweet, candied aromas of toasted marshmallow and candy floss, alongside leather, dark chocolate, fresh wood shavings, melon, green apple, orange, buttery, toasty notes, deep vanilla, cinnamon, powdered sugar, malt drops, camphor candy, puff pastry, caramel, and baked apples.
Palate
Sharp, refreshing green fruit, full-on cinnamon, barrel char, leather, rich and oily mouthfeel, thick floral honey, ginger, peppermint, white pepper, almonds, marzipan, puff pastry, and malty caramels.
Finish
Medium to long, with an even split between fruit and oak, soft oakiness, and an intimate sweetness.
