Rich raisins, dark fruits with bright acidity, oily mouthfeel, leather, dark chocolate, sweet prunes, chocolate mud cake, black licorice, hint of smoke, sour cherry, coconut, gentle peat smoke, gushing pineapple and pear, puckering sour fruit astringency, salty-sweetness (shoyu, honey, sesame).
Finish
Long, buttery toffee, traces of smoke, cherries, ripe fruits, malt, nutty, spicy, peaty, lingering sweetness.
