Hatozaki Small Batch Japanese Whisky is produced by The Kaikyō Distillery (Yonezawa Family) in Akashi City, Hyogo, Japan. It is a vatting of 100% malt whiskies matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, uncolored and non-chill filtered.
