Description

This French organic whisky from Domaine des Hautes Glaces is part of the Epistémè R18P23 series, which explores the influence of terroir on 100% malted rye whisky. This 'Yellow Square' expression was distilled in 2019 from 'Caroasse' rye harvested in 2018 from the Mont-Aiguille plot, located at the foot of the Mont-Aiguille cliffs. It underwent double maturation, first in ex-Cognac casks and then in 'feuillette' casks (small 112L mixed oak barrels). This limited edition release consists of 1798 bottles.
