Nose
A hint of wood combines with notes of candied fruit, white peaches, and slightly sour pears. A great freshness emerges, with almond, sweet, and pastry-like aromas.
Palate
A comfortable entry with a distinguished, well-balanced bitterness. Initial malt notes are followed by a sensual, ethereal, and floral setting, with notes of lemon peel, white grapefruit, juniper, honey, milk chocolate with almonds, and a discreet saline trace.
Finish
A sensation of fine sweetness, a smooth, almost creamy texture stretching out toward aromas that are both exotic (lemon, chocolate) and mountainous. Lingering notes of citrus, earthy, floral, woody, marzipan, and bread.
