Nose
Salt-crusted, still smouldering driftwood running above the slightly spirity, liquid-biscuit malt. Familiar rustic hessian and toasted and honeycombed caramel, with an undercurrent of Chinese apple fritters and polished brass bannisters, lemon juice, and dark honey.
Palate
Like the baby of a werthers original and a Locket lozenge that's been wrapped in apple skins before being hit with a blowtorch and rolled in a recently used fireplace now filled with over-toasted lotus biscoff crumbs and cracked pepper.
Finish
Caramel apple and Stroopwafel amicably jostles with coppery and ashy mineral bitterness, burnt coffee grounds, and expansive humming birds eye chilli.
