Heaven's Door Refuge Straight Rye Whiskey is an award-winning collection of handcrafted American whiskeys developed in partnership with Bob Dylan. This straight rye whiskey, made with a 100% rye mash bill, is aged for 6-8 years and then finished in Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks for up to six months. This process imparts rich, fruity notes, dried fruits, and a delicate spice, while the sherry complements the rye mash with hints of leather, nutmeg, and tobacco.
