Description

This Tasmanian single malt whisky is aged in 200L American Oak ex-Bourbon casks for a minimum of five years, followed by a secondary maturation in French Oak barriques that previously held Tasmanian Pinot Noir wine. This secondary maturation adds beautiful red berry notes and a unique Tasmanian influence to this small batch single malt.
