Description

The fifth Hellyers Road 21 Club exclusive release. Matured for 20 years in American oak first-fill ex-bourbon casks and finished for 12 months in a rare French Rivesaltes Ambré dessert wine cask from Mas Delmas. The 21 Club is an exclusive whisky club reserved for select Hellyers Road shareholders and partners, with label artwork created by Tasmanian artist and botanist Inti Callaghan celebrating the Native Olive (Notelaea ligustrina).
