The first Hellyer's Road 21 Club exclusive release, celebrating the native Tasmanian deciduous beech (Nothofagus gunnii, or Tanglefoot Beech) with label artwork by botanist and artist Inti Callaghan. Matured for 17 years in an American oak ex-Bourbon cask and finished for 4 years in a second-fill Oloroso Sherry cask.
