Inviting and complex: raisins, dates, and figs meet honey, caramel, and floral spring blossoms. Fine notes of roasted almonds, orange peel, and a hint of spices.
Palate
Soft and full-bodied. Sweet dried fruits dominate the start, accompanied by toffee, dark honey, and chocolate. Oloroso casks bring a pleasant spice with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and lightly roasted wood. Very round and harmonious.
Finish
Medium to long, pleasantly warming. Sweet sherry notes, nuts, and subtle oak spice slowly fade, leaving an elegant impression.
