Description

Hibiki 12 Year Old Kacho Fugetsu is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, released in 2015 exclusively for the travel retail market. It combines malt whiskies from the Hakushu and Yamazaki distilleries with grain whisky from the Chita distillery, all aged for at least 12 years. The blend matures in various cask types, notably including Japanese Mizunara oak and some plum liqueur casks. The 'Kacho Fugetsu' (meaning 'flowers, birds, breeze, and lunar') design celebrates the beauty of Japanese nature, and its distinctive 24-faceted bottle symbolizes the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.
