Description

Originally released in 1989 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Suntory, this is the first iteration of the famous Hibiki blend. Palate
Smooth and lightly oily, offering honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel, and white chocolate. Flavors of grapefruit, yellow raisins, and a subtle peppery spice with a light mouthfeel.
Finish
Subtle, tender, and long, with lingering notes of honey and a hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak). It can also present a dry, citrusy, or slightly bitter aftertaste with hints of fruit and bonfire toffee.
