Description

High Coast Silent Mills Collection 02 - Sandö is the second release in a series from High Coast Distillery in Sweden. The distillery, originally known as Box, was established in 2010. This peated single malt whisky is matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry hogsheads. The Silent Mills Collection pays tribute to the old mills along the Ångermanälven river, which also supplies cooling water for the distillery. Bottled at 51% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has a phenol content of 44-45 ppm. This limited edition release consists of 10,318 bottles.
