The fruit-and-spice combination gives this a clear shape: stone fruit and cherries meet sweet dill and baking spice, then the palate moves into cherry cola and rye spice. That sounds more rounded and rich than the fresh, sharply defined rye character I usually favor. Still, the medium-to-long finish of creamy salted caramel and rye gives it a specific point of interest rather than vague sweetness. A compelling, fruit-led take, if not my freshest-leaning preference.

The cherry cola and rich fruit give the rye spice a sweeter side, while creamy salted caramel on the medium-to-long finish keeps that contrast appealing and grounded.
