Orange peel, dried apricots, mint, clove, pine, and caramelized sugar. Also notes of licorice, honey, fennel, dill, guava, lychee, and banana.
Palate
Bold spice with ginger and cinnamon, underlying sweet notes of molasses, vanilla, macaroon, and toasted oak. Very spicy with crisp mint and fennel. Herbal flavors including dill, pine needles, and fresh hay.
Finish
Lively rye spice fades to lingering notes of caramel, orange zest, and tobacco. Also notes of peppermint candy cane, clove, black licorice, cherry juice, dill, and oak.
