Description

The Highland Park 21 Year Old 2023 Release is a single malt Scotch whisky crafted from 36 casks, including ex-bourbon hogsheads, European and American oak sherry seasoned casks, and ex-Rioja wine casks. These casks were laid down between 1998 and 2001 and hand-selected by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion. It is described as a masterclass in balance, offering a complex and finely balanced flavour profile.

Complex and finely balanced layers of flavour follow in a wild harmony of lemon zest and aromatic fenugreek, apples caramelised in honey and cinnamon, and a dusting of cedar-smoked sweet paprika.
