Rich and sweet with notes of dried fruits (peach, satsuma, prunes, berries), acacia honey, vanilla, chocolate, fudge, and mature oak. Subtle heathered peat smoke, citrus zest, and hints of spice (anise, pistachio biscotti).
Palate
Full-bodied and silky, offering a complex balance of sweet and spicy. Flavors of rich sherry, honey, caramel, toffee, and dark chocolate mingle with dried orange peel, nutmeg, coriander seed, and gentle peat smoke.
Finish
Long and satisfying, with lingering notes of sweet oak, spice, and a faint citrus peel. Gentle peat smoke and a hint of salty sea spray.
