- Starts off tropical in a subtle way with orange, apricot, ripe banana, passion fruit, lime and maraschino cherry. Followed by sticky toffee pudding, almond milk, honey and salty Dutch licorice. Furthermore there's pine needle, cough syrup, herb butter, paprika, sea air and a hint of bonfire smoke. A tame HP, there's not much left of the peat. Rather softly smoked, with dried fruits and a buttery side.
- Palate
- A friendly one for its strength. Lovely oily touches and it's quite a mouthful. Fruits again with apricot, cranberry, blood orange, peach, fig and kiwi. Then there's dark chocolate, cola candy, sultana, honey, marzipan and lemon pie. After that walnut, ginger, salted pistacchio, creamy malt, cured pork, pepper and some smoke. Fantastic.

- Long! full of dried fruit, pastry, salted caramel, cinnamon, pepper, cured pork and a waft of peat smoke.
