An 11-year-old Highland Park single malt distilled in 2011 and bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society as cask 4.360 “Elasto-Peat”. It was matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead before secondary maturation in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, with an outturn of 234 bottles.
