Nose
Intriguing blend of ripe fruit and smooth smoke, with notes of amber, grapes (Kyoho or Pione), salami, sausage, a hint of cement, cinnamon, gum, raisins, mint, dokudami, and chamomile, evolving to carbonated grape juice acidity.
Palate
Complex with spices and dark chocolate blending harmoniously with hints of oak, slightly oily, gentle, with lemon, black tea, grape acidity, and plant (leaves) notes.
Finish
Outstanding, with a nose-through effect, good return, like Kyoho carbonated juice with squeezed lemon, eventually becoming lemon squash.
