Highland Park Cask Strength: Heather is a new limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky, the first in the brand's refreshed Cask Strength series. Crafted with 100% Orkney peat-smoked barley, it highlights the unique aromatic profile of peat sourced from Hobbister Moor, infused with heather to impart a distinct floral character to the smoke. Matured in a combination of first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks, along with select refill casks for balance, this expression is non-chill filtered and presents a natural deep amber color.
