Description

This is a 12-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Highland Park, independently bottled by The Whisky Hoop as part of their Single Cask Series. Distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2017, it was matured in a refill hogshead cask (No. 1783) and bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV. Only 261 bottles were produced. Highland Park is known for its lightly peated style, using local Orcadian peat.
