Nose
Opens with rich aromas of orchard fruits and a distant hint of heather on fire. A decadent caramel and honey extravaganza unfolds, accompanied by heaps of creamy chocolate. Over time, solid notes of nuts and oak emerge, along with the scent of well-polished mahogany furniture—the kind you need a few friends to move.
Palate
Full-bodied and rich, with a dry upfront character. Dark chocolate, earthy cinnamon, and toasted oak take center stage, with hints of soot. The very dry, dark chocolate is the star of the show.
Finish
Long, with the dryness dissipating somewhat. The dark chocolate now features a heartwarming jam filling. Hints of soot and ashes linger, while softly floral and heathery notes emerge towards the end.
