Description

Darkness recently ventured to the Highlands and discovered a smoky single malt that they knew would be a perfect match for their oloroso sherry octaves. With a total maturation period of 19 years, the small size of the octave cask allowed for increased interaction between the whisky and the wood, resulting in a delightful infusion of sherry and oak influences into the peaty single malt.
