Description

An Australian single malt whisky produced by Dan Woolley under the Highwayman label. Distilled from lightly peated malt at Lord Byron Distillery, Batch #3.9 'Completely Different' was initially matured in 40L first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, married into a full-size ex-Heaven Hill bourbon cask, and finished for approximately 3 months in an ex-rye whiskey and maple syrup cask before being bottled at cask strength (55% ABV) exclusively for the Barrel & Batch whisky co-op.
