Description

The fourth release sees a much more wine driven maturation. A small American oak ex tawny and a small French oak super heavy char ex dry red wine cask are married together post-aging and given a second maturation in an American oak ex South Australian Shiraz cask. This expression is unfiltered and bottled at cask strength.
