Nose
Hints of Espresso crema and dark chocolate, dried cranberries and stewed prunes. Black cherries soaked in burnt Demerara sugar with candied ginger, subtle clove and pecan pie.
Palate
Roasted almonds, nutmeg and pimento all spice upfront with agave syrup, candied orange peel and blackberry jam. Fruits of mandarin and peaches, mince pie and cloves.
Finish
Sweet lemon drops, composed and light to medium-bodied. Not the longest, but does enough.
