- Hints of Espresso crema and dark chocolate, dried cranberries and stewed prunes. Black cherries soaked in burnt Demerara sugar with candied ginger, subtle clove and pecan pie.
- Palate
- Roasted almonds, nutmeg and pimento all spice upfront with agave syrup, candied orange peel and blackberry jam. Fruits of mandarin and peaches, mince pie and cloves.
- Finish
- Sweet lemon drops, composed and light to medium-bodied. Not the longest, but does enough.
