Description

Hinomaru Whisky is produced by the Kiuchi Distillery (Kiuchi Shuzo) in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. The distillery, originally established in 1823 as a sake and shochu producer, has expanded into craft beers and whisky. This Single Malt 2025 Edition is crafted exclusively from malt whisky distilled at their Yasato Distillery and aged for over three years in a combination of bourbon, sherry, wine, and rum casks.
