Description

A malt whisky distillery located in the Scottish capital of Edinburgh, opened in 2019 within an old converted Engine Shed near the city's Holyrood Park. It was founded by Rob Carpenter and David Robertson and is owned through their company, Newmake Limited. The Re-Rack Series allows the creative team at Edinburgh's urban distillery to experiment with maturation and continue to push the boundaries in flavour innovation.
