Description

The first release from Holyrood's single cask series, matured in an ex-bourbon cask (No.147) and released in January 2024 at cask strength. It is a 3-year-old single malt whisky distilled in 2020. This first fill bourbon cask produced 216 bottles. Fermented using Lavigne yeast, a wine yeast strain. The mashbill includes Spring Barley, Crystal Malt, Vienna Malt, and Caramalt. It is non-chill filtered and has no additional coloring.
