Dusty smoke and old paper, sweet red fruits (cherry, raspberry, stewed plum), subtle grain and malt with hints of vanilla and toasted cereal. Light and delicate aroma with hints of honey, vanilla, citrus, oak, and malt.
Palate
Dry, smoky richness with a bold smoke profile and dry, flavorful texture. Sweet fruit core of red berries and dried figs. Smooth and well-balanced with caramel, toffee, slight nuttiness, gentle spice, and fruitiness. Fresh and fruity with malted-biscuit notes, sweet banana bread, toffee, and vanilla custard.
Finish
Medium length with lingering sweetness and a mild, warming sensation. Sweet grain lingers after fruit and smoke fade. Clean, bright, and fruity.
