Hudson Manhattan Rye is the first whiskey produced in New York after Prohibition, distilled at Tuthilltown Gristmill. It is made from 100% whole grain rye and aged in new charred American oak barrels. This rye whiskey is known for its robust, spicy character, balanced with notes of dried fruit, black pepper, and a hint of vanilla. It is non-chill filtered, preserving its natural oils and flavors.
