Hyde No. 12 Pot Still Cask is Hyde Irish Whiskey's debut single pot still release, triple-distilled from a blend of malted and unmalted barley plus Irish oats. It matures for a minimum of five years in alligator-charred ex-bourbon casks before receiving a final six-month finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, this 70cl expression unveils a harmonious balance of orchard fruit, gentle spice and honeyed sweetness. It is a non-chill filtered, limited edition, 1893 Commemorative Edition.
