Description

HYDE Irish Whiskey is matured in the idyllic landscape and temperate climate of County Cork on the Wild Atlantic coast in the southwest of Ireland. The warm Atlantic current provides Cork with the perfect temperate, oceanic microclimate for the maturation of Irish HYDE whisky casks. The region has one of the mildest and most temperate climates in Western Europe. Never too hot - never too cold - just right for maturing delicious Irish whisky! This is a 6 year old Irish grain whiskey matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% without chill filtration. It is triple distilled from corn and barley grain.
