- Cinnamon spice, dry hickory nuts, floral deep rose scent and workshop wood. A very faint but persistent sweet vanilla undercurrent.
- Palate
- Vanilla sugar, buttercream frosting and pear juice transition into a spicy backbone of white pepper, star anise, nutmeg, and old dry oak.
- Finish
- Spiciness transitions to mild astringency and a bit of mouth numbing from the booze. Abstract minerality comes and goes. Oakiness comes out more reminding of old wood-shop with dried oak planks.
