Description

This is a rare single cask blended whisky from Ichiro's Malt, produced by Ichiro Akuto's Chichibu distillery in Japan. Bottled in June 2024 by Dutch distributor Salud Spirits as part of their "Spirits of Salud Symphonie" series, this "Allargando" expression is a non-age statement blend of malt and grain whiskies. It was finished in a first-fill sherry hogshead and bottled at a cask strength of 59.2% ABV, with only 270 bottles released. [1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8]
