This Ichiro's Malt & Grain World Blend 505 is a special release from Venture Whisky, founded by Ichiro Akuto of Chichibu Distillery. It was introduced in 2020 as a limited iteration to support Japanese bars and restaurants during the COVID-19 crisis. The '505' in its name refers to its 50.5% ABV. This World Blended Whisky combines whiskies from around the globe, including Chichibu's own Japanese single malt, and is non-chill filtered and non-coloured.
