Palate
Intense and oily, with peat fire, charred oak, earthy spice, dark toffee, wet peat, mossy, briny, and hot. Also rich and full-bodied, with fiery hot ashes, smouldering coal, burnt and smoky barbecue meat, and tropical fruit notes.
Finish
Long, smoky, and dry, leaving a trail of ash, sea salt, and smouldering spice. Medium long with caramel wood smoke, peppery peat, mellow and creamy. Big intensity, mouth coating, mouth tingling, fresh peat, sea water, and lemons.
